  • Conversation data — messages exchanged with the LadderQuote invoice assistant during invoice creation.

  • Authenticate your account and secure access to your data.
  • Generate, store, and display invoices and related documents.
  • Provide the AI-assisted invoice creation service.

We will never use your information for marketing, advertising, or unsolicited communication of any kind.

All user data is secured using Row Level Security (RLS) in our database. This means your data is isolated at the database level — only you can access your own invoices, conversations, and customer information. No other user can view, modify, or delete your data.

5. Phone Number Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving communications (such as authentication codes) only at the phone number you provide for your own account. You may only consent to receiving contacts for your own cell phone number. We do not send messages to phone numbers belonging to third parties based on your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (such as our database and authentication services) solely for the purpose of operating LadderQuote.
