LadderQuote is an AI-assisted invoicing tool designed for roofing contractors. The service allows users to create, manage, and generate professional invoices through a conversational interface.

3. Account and Access

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may only register using your own phone number and must not impersonate another person or entity.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from LadderQuote (operated by Gardners At Work LLC) related to your account, including verification codes, invoice notifications, and service updates.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. You may receive messages for account verification, invoice delivery, and service alerts.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS may limit certain account functionality.
  • Help: For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the address listed below.
  • Consent: Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may use the service without SMS by contacting support for alternative options.
  • Your consent to receive automated messages cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in invoices or account details.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or circumvent security measures.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications or marketing materials to third parties.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit to LadderQuote, including customer information, invoice details, and conversation history. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter, including customer names, addresses, and invoice amounts.

7. AI-Generated Content

LadderQuote uses artificial intelligence to assist with invoice creation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions (including line item descriptions, calculations, and formatting) are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all invoice details before finalizing. Gardners At Work LLC is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

8. Privacy

Your use of LadderQuote is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep LadderQuote available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardners At Work LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LadderQuote. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LadderQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LadderQuote at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though you may request a copy of your data or its deletion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service. Your continued use of LadderQuote after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alexandria, Virginia.
